The current pandemic is affecting everyone in some way, particularly around mental health. Our partner Cygnus Support has a new helpline and online tools for those impacted by COVID-19 funded by North of Tyne Combined Authority and Northumberland County Council. They can also provide free access to online self-help tools such as the CBT tool Silvercloud, as well as one to one counselling.
SilverCloud is a free online programme for people aged 16 and over to improve mental health and emotional wellbeing and offers online modules which aim to help you learn how to think and feel better.
