Help spread the message – Don’t put your life on hold and get support now says Bridge Northumberland
Bridge Northumberland’s New Year message is don’t put your life on hold due to the pandemic. We are encouraging anyone struggling right now and out of work to get in touch for support, and asking community groups to help spread the message to residents.
Our free support programme is available to anyone who is age 16+ living in Northumberland and not in work, education or training.
We can offer:
- Tailored one to one support from a dedicated Bridge Worker
- Help with job search skills, financial issues, digital skills and more
- A free and easy to access service that won’t affect your benefits
- A focus on YOU, your goals and your wellbeing
Clair Parker, Beneficiary and Engagement Officer for the programme says:
“There is no better time than now to get help and make positive changes to your life. We offer one-to-one support to help people to get into or towards work, as well as coaching and counselling, advice and help with finances and digital skills.
“This can all be done remotely via phone or video calls and has been working very successfully for our participants. Don’t let lockdown stop you looking forward towards the future, we are here and ready to help.”
