What’s your role in a nutshell?

To engage and support participants with multiple complex needs, addressing barriers in relation to employment, training and wellbeing.

Do you have a secret talent for anything?

Yes Poetry.

What’s the best part of your job?

Seeing the progress participants make in terms of their wellbeing and confidence and knowing that you played a part in supporting them to achieve this.

What do your colleagues say is your best quality? 

Being new in post I am not too sure.

What’s your favourite food?

I have a few and all are way too fattening but Italian and Chinese.

What do you like doing in your spare time?

I love walking in the Lake District with my Springer Spaniel.

What advice do you have for people considering joining the programme?

Once you engage on the  programme you will never look back, the support you get is excellent and there always someone there who is actively wanting you to do well.
